Air Travel Information

The closest airport to Biccari is Naples International Airport (NAP), approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes by private bus transfer.

Participants flying into Rome (FCO) may take a train to Foggia, where group pickup can be arranged.

Tour Cancellation Policy- without insurance

If you need to cancel your reservation for the Biccari Music Festival or related tour, the following cancellation fees will apply, based on the number of days before the trip:

  • 31 or more days prior to departure: 50% of the trip price is nonrefundable
  • 15–30 days prior to departure: 75% of the trip price is nonrefundable
  • 0–14 days prior to departure: 100% of the trip price is nonrefundable

Please note: We do not reimburse airfare or other travel-related expenses.

For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations and additional costs such as airfare.

 

Arriving Early or Staying Longer in Biccari

Many guests choose to arrive early to rest and prepare for the Festival. For participants arriving early, accommodations in Biccari can be arranged at a rate of $100 per person, per night. We are happy to assist with scheduling transportation for early arrivals; however, please note that transportation for those arriving a day or two early will be at the participant’s expense.

Important: Early stay bookings in Biccari must be made directly through me.
